Here's a GREAT hour-long video I ran across this afternoon. I've seen the 1965 TV special before, but now that it was remastered and posted on the Frank Sinatra YouTube Channel, I thought I'd share it with others. I had posted about a camp that the Ukraine nazi government has special training very young children. Both boys and girls about nazism and their teachings of war and so on. It's on my page on gtv.
I think I've seen pictures in the past of Zelensky driving Hitler's beloved Roadster, which he purchased for quite a huge sum. Google tries to tell me this is fake news, but still I'm thinking - same Roadster, same demons.
Mirare Joannem, quantum potes: Christo proficit quod miraris Admire John as much as you can: your admiration glorifies Christ Saint Augustine, Sermon 391, In Natali Joannis Baptistae – On the Birth of John the Baptist V, Paragraph 1 Latin and English In June 1929, this article written by Dom Emmanuel Flicoteaux OSB appeared in La Vie Spirituelle I The Christmas of Winter and the Christmas of Summer During the first three centuries of its existence, the Church concentrated her attention on the very person of the Word made Flesh as it needed, above all else, to become gently and slowly aware of the infinite riches of light and grace contained in the holy humanity of Christ Jesus, in whom resides that fullness of Divine life whose superabundance flows into all the members of his Mystical Body. To adore Christ as the only Son of God, to recognise and invoke him as the source of all holiness, to follow and imitate him as the model of perfect life—this, one might say, was the sole concern …
Miserere Mei Deus. www.senusfidelius.us The Latin text runs thus: 1. Miserere mei, Deus: secundum magnam misericordiam tuam. 2. Et secundum multitudinem miserationum tuarum, dele iniquitatem meam. 3. Amplius lava me ab iniquitate mea: et a peccato meo munda me. 4. Quoniam iniquitatem meam ego cognosco: et peccatum meum contra me est semper. 5. Tibi soli peccavi, et malum coram te feci: ut iustificeris in sermonibus tuis, et vincas cum iudicaris. 6. Ecce enim in inquitatibus conceptus sum: et in peccatis concepit me mater mea. 7. Ecce enim veritatem dilexisti: incerta et occulta sapientiae tuae manifestasti mihi. 8. Asperges me, Domine, hyssopo, et mundabor: lavabis me, et super nivem dealbabor. 9. Auditui meo dabis gaudium et laetitiam: et exsultabunt ossa humiliata. 10. Averte faciem tuam a peccatis meis: et omnes iniquitates meas dele. 11. Cor mundum crea in me, Deus: et spiritum rectum innova in visceribus meis. 12. Ne proiicias me a facie tua: et spiritum sanctum tuum ne auferas a me. …More
The superiors of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X published today another Open Letter to Leo XIV and to the Cardinals. The letter is no call to action nor a negotiating proposal but rather another public reaffirmation of the Fraternity's long-standing position. Attached is a 28-page document (English below) with the Catholic faith. This document repeatedly affirms strong papal authority adding that the pope possesses "supreme, full, immediate, and universal jurisdiction". The letter. Most Holy Father, Most Reverend Eminences, On the eve of the Consistory at the end of this month, and just days before the episcopal consecrations scheduled for 1 July in Écône, it seems to us that the time has come for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X to make a full profession of Catholic Faith, which we wish to place in the hands of Your Holiness and each one of the Cardinals. Today the Church suffers under the pressure of new forces, coming both from within and without, which push her in …More
Profession of Faith #50 upholds Mary as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix: 50. "I profess that, thus united to her Divine Son, she merited by congruity in her Compassion what Christ merited by strict justice in His Passion; not as the principal cause of the Redemption, but as a subordinate associate, dependent upon and wholly relative to her Son, in one and the same act of the Redemption of our souls. It is in this sense that Catholic piety, supported by the traditional teaching of Popes and theologians, rightly calls her, by reason of this Compassion, ‘Co-redemptrix’, and consequently ‘Universal Mediatrix’"

http://greatcatholicmonarch.blogspot.com/2...ic-monarch.html from my blog: There is a mysterious and intriguing figure in Catholic eschatology known as the Great Monarch. He and the events of his life are mentioned in various books of Sacred Scripture, the private revelations of Saints and Mystics, and the speculations of a few Catholic authors. I have known about him for about eight years, yet it was not up until about three years ago that I became consumed with discovering more about him. As an introduction I would like to share a general list of things I have learned about him: * He will be born in Europe of a royal French and German blood line, shortly before the beginning of the first part of the Tribulation. * According to Providence his life will be enmeshed with the events of the first part of the Tribulation. * In his youth he will be forced into exile as a result of the …

What God Values, World Despises The world often misunderstands and undervalues spiritual pursuits, viewing them as wasteful. However, from God’s perspective, these pursuits are invaluable and essential for spiritual growth and becoming saints. We should embrace this perspective, focusing on God and living our lives for Him, regardless of worldly judgment. Fr. They arose from table, and whilst they were arranging their clothes, as they usually did before making their solemn prayer, the major-domo came in with two servants to take away the table. Jesus, standing in the midst of his Apostles, spoke to them long, in a most solemn manner. I could not repeat exactly his whole discourse, but I remember he spoke of his kingdom, of his going to his Father, of what he would leave them now that he was about to be taken away, etc. He also gave them some instructions concerning penance, the confession of sin, repentance, and justification. I felt that these instructions referred to the washing of the feet, and …More
"Jesus showed him to the other Apostles, and said, that when he should be no more present among them, Peter was to fill his place in their regard. Peter said: ‘Thou shalt never wash my feet!’ Our Lord replied: ‘If I wash thee not, thou shalt have no part with me.’ Then Peter exclaimed: ‘Lord, not only my feet, but also my hands and my head.’ Jesus replied: ‘He that is washed, needeth not but to wash his feet, but is clean wholly. And you are clean, but not all.’"
Can Lay People Preach at Mass? The Vatican Issues Official Ruling | SG News The Vatican has officially reaffirmed the Church's long-standing teaching that the homily during Holy Mass is reserved exclusively for ordained ministers. The Dicastery for Divine Worship, led by Cardinal Arthur Roche, formally declined a request from the German Bishops' Conference, headed by Bishop Georg Bätzing, which sought permission for qualified lay faithful to preach the homily under exceptional circumstances. Rome clarified that the homily is not a flexible disciplinary practice subject to administrative exceptions. Rather, it is intrinsically connected to the proclamation of the Gospel and the teaching ministry entrusted to bishops, priests, and deacons through the Sacrament of Holy Orders. While denying the request, Vatican officials strongly emphasized the vital and irreplaceable role of the laity in evangelization, catechesis, and other forms of ministry outside the celebration of Mass.…More
