FSSPX to Continue Lourdes Pilgrimage Despite Bishop’s Restrictions

The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (SSPX) has announced that it will continue its annual pilgrimage to Lourdes.
Following the episcopal consecrations on July 1 in Ecône, Bishop Jean-Marc Micas of Tarbes and Lourdes withdrew permission for the SSPX to celebrate public Masses, administer sacraments, or organize public prayers at Lourdes.
In an August 22 statement, Fr. Gonzague Peignot, superior of the FSSPX in France, announced that the Fraternity intends to continue coming to Lourdes every year, “Our Lady does not deserve to be abandoned despite the obstacles,” he said.
The FSSPX expressed 'sorrow and incomprehension', questioning the bishop's decision and pointing to the interreligious Christian-Muslim pilgrimage that was welcomed at the sanctuary in October 2025.
For now, the FSSPX faithful intend to remain present at Lourdes, but their pilgrimage will no longer be able to take the same public form as in previous years.

Even though the laity is unable to see what is happening to the Conciliarist-led Church in Rome, surely the bishops and many priests see it. And while they may please some, they do not please God, and one day they will face God and will fully understand what Jesus Christ meant when He said: to whom much is given, much is expected.

One does have to be amazed at the number of people, inside and outside of the Church, who clamor for clarity, charity, transparency, etc. and who, in practice, are so tight-lipped and ham-fisted. If there is an 'offense', why be so cagey about it?!

On 23 August, at Holy Family Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, a woman knelt at the Communion rail during Communion. Just as the priest was about to give her Communion, she stood and handed him a flower. Despite Communion being distributed by intinction, she grabbed the Host and then took the chalice used for intinction, drank from it, and threw it onto the floor before leaving the church with an escort. The priest immediately purified the area where the Precious Blood had been spilled.

A disturbing incident occurred during Sunday Mass at Holy Family Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, where a woman disrupted Communion by grabbing and dropping the vessel used for intinction, spilling some of the Precious Blood.

In order to maximize the impact of the sacrilege committed, a priest in similar circumstances could direct the sacred linens to be placed on a paten, altar servers present could walk over with lighted candlesticks, in short, by increasing the honor due to Our Lord and God who's been cast so egregiously and disrespectfully on the ground, reparation for the outrage to the Divine Majesty has already begun. I hope that a the rite of reparation and/or purification will have been conducted, perhaps, publicly. If I am not mistaken, desecration of the church, not just sacrilege and profanation of the Most Holy Eucharist, was committed on that day.

Cardinal Vesco: Netanyahu Wants the Palestinian People to “Disappear”

During the Consistory, Leo XIV told the cardinals, “Support me, stand with me in this battle against war,” pro-homosexual Cardinal Jean-Paul Vesco of Algiers told IlMessaggero.it on August 23.
Questioning the “Just War”
Cardinal Vesco questioned the Christian concept of a just war, arguing that “for those who are fighting, their own war is always just.” While acknowledging a right to self-defense, he asked, “But up to what point?”
“In any case, war itself is not just. In the end, we no longer know where to draw the line.”
Israel and its “Settlements, Settlements, Settlements”
On Gaza, CardinalVesco recalled living in Jerusalem for two years and visiting Gaza several times during the Intifada: “I experienced the checkpoints and saw with my own eyes the humiliation they represented. Today it is much worse.”
Even then, he said, it was difficult to believe in a two-state solution because the Israeli authorities did not want one: “Netanyahu has not wanted it for more than twenty years.”

There is no worldly solution for the Middle East crisis. There will only be peace when the Jews acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. Then there will be peace.

But that is not what he is saying. So because most Palestinians are Muslim you agree with the extermination of this people?

German Bishop: Perceived Absence of God Expands Homosexual Practices: “Conservative” Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau said in his Assumption homily that the lifestyles, sexual preferences and identities displayed at Christopher Street Day are difficult to reconcile with the Christian view of humanity: “The perceived absence of God has massively expanded the scope of what is possible within the entire context surrounding sex and gender.” Oster asked: “Is the writer Dostoevsky ultimately right when he says, ‘If God does not exist, then everything is permitted’?”

Videozitat:
ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

The 5 Sexual Sins That No One Confesses! God’s Mercy Still Awaits You | Fr. Chad Ripperger

Video >>youtube.com/watch?v=oMxj0zbioIw
This powerful and deeply eye-opening message titled “The 5 Sexual Sins That No One Confesses! God’s Mercy Still Awaits You” by Fr. Chad Ripperger, we are invited into a serious spiritual reflection on sin, conscience, and the infinite mercy of God. This video uncovers hidden struggles that many people carry in silence for years—sins that are often never spoken about in confession due to shame, fear, or misunderstanding. Through clear Catholic teaching and pastoral insight, this message reminds us that no matter how heavy the burden of the past may feel, God’s mercy is always greater than any sin. The sacrament of reconciliation is not about condemnation, but about healing, restoration, and freedom. This video is especially important for those who feel distant from God or unsure about returning to confession after many years. If you have ever felt trapped by guilt, confused about what is truly a mortal sin, or afraid that your past cannot be forgiven …ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

TIP OF ICEBERG: 75,000 noncitizens were summoned for jury duty in New Jersey, blowing the state's motor voter scandal wide open.
GOP lawmakers are now demanding a bipartisan investigation with subpoena power, saying the governor's internal probe is too narrow to capture the full scope of the problem.
Republicans say they warned for years that automatic voter registration relied on an "honor system" with no real safeguards — and were dismissed as conspiracy theorists.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance attends Traditional Latin Mass with his family in Cincinnati

U.S. Vice President Attends Mass in Roman rite

Today, Vice President J.D. Vance attended a Mass in the Roman rite with his family at Old St. Mary’s Church in Cincinnati, reports Crisis Magazine editor Eric Sammons on x.com, who was present.
“It was nice to see J.D. Vance and his beautiful family at Mass this morning,” Sammons wrote on X on August 23.
Sammons said Vance lives nearby and that his family attends several Cincinnati-area parishes when in town. He added that this was Vance’s first visit to Old St. Mary’s since becoming vice president.
Vance’s presence brought additional security. According to Sammons, Secret Service agents screened everyone entering the church with handheld wands and checked bags. Sammons said the screening caused only a minute or two of waiting, describing the agents as “professional, efficient, and quite friendly.
He also noted that he had heard Vance say his family deliberately varies which churches it attends to avoid repeatedly inconveniencing parishioners at any one parish.

The Moment You Truly Recognize Jesus
The gospel reading about the call of Bartholomew, also known as Nathaniel, is rich with Old Testament references. Nathaniel recognizes Jesus as the Son of God and the King of Israel, fulfilling prophecies from Moses, Zechariah, and Hosea. This recognition leads him to a profound commitment that ultimately results in martyrdom, highlighting the importance of a subjective understanding of Jesus’ identity and its impact on one’s life.
